Tarik Noureldeen, M.D.
Originally from Egypt, he completed his medical school training at the University of Cairo. He finished a surgical internship at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. More recently, he will have completed his fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, where he has been selected among his peers as the chief fellow. He has served with distinction on numerous leadership panels, including the transplant evaluation committee and the outpatient quality improvement committee. Dr. Noureldeen has an interest in ICU nephrology, and will serve as the renal point of contact for the ICU multidisciplinary group. Dr. Noureldeen has graciously volunteered to donate his time to the Moss Free Clinic. He has presented multiple papers in abstract form to the American Society of Nephrology, the most recent of which involved the fractional excretion of urea. Dr. Noureldeen is a past member of the American Society of Nephrology, and the American College of Physicians. He has been recognized as a top performer in his board examinations. In his spare time, Dr. Noureldeen enjoys studying world politics, and savors spending time with his two beautiful children.
